Orders and Products

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Vertical Oceans. We may cancel or refuse an order where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or cannot reasonably be delivered.

Product images, weights, sizes and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible but may vary naturally, particularly for seafood products.

Food Safety and Allergies

Our products may contain or come into contact with seafood, shellfish and other allergens. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their dietary requirements and for storing, handling, preparing and cooking products safely after delivery.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers should promptly refrigerate or freeze products as appropriate upon receipt and notify us immediately of any concerns regarding product condition.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vertical Oceans will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or economic losses arising from the use of our website, delivery delays, improper storage or handling after delivery, or use of our products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Vertical Oceans' liability will, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law.
